Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court on 27.11.2025 in I.A.No.01 of 2025 to the petitioner/accused No.12 to appear before the Investigating Officer is further extended till 29.12.2025.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is ordered.
