This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Notice No.A3/88/2013, dated 11-01-2013 issued by the 1st respondent i.e., the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments, Warangal, calling for applications from the public for being considered to be appointed as trustees to Sri Kasi Visweswara Swamy Temple, Bommalagudi, Kareemabad, Warangal Town and District, as bad, illegal, arbitrary, opposed to law."

At the hearing, Mr. M. Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.08.2.2013 passed in W.P.M.P.
