THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37437 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation in F.I.R. No.190 of 2015 and take action against the accused therein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on a complaint lodged by him, the 3rd respondent registered a case in F.I.R. No.190 of 2015 on 18.05.2015 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 r/w 34 IPC, but so far, no steps have been taken.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R. No.190 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, either way, in accordance with law.
