Heard the petitioner-in-person and Mr.C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5.
Mr.C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, at the outset, on instructions, submits that the Memo, dated 31.03.2012, issued by the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, which is impugned in the present PIL, has been withdrawn on 08.05.2012. In view thereof, the petitioner-in-person does not press this PIL and seeks liberty to file fresh petition, if circumstances so demand. PIL is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
