THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30006 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the single Writ Petition against three Orders passed in O.A.Nos.206/2011, 207/2011 and 208/2011 is raised by the learned Government Pleader.

On hearing the same, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file separate Writ Petitions, afresh. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
