As none appeared nor any representation was made on behalf of the petitioner on 13.11.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
