HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5600 of 2012 ORDER :

This revision is filed, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, by the petitioners-plaintiffs, challenging the order, dated 31.07.2012, passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthy, in I.A.No.181 of 2012 in O.S.No.825 of 2009, whereunder the petition filed under Section 151 C.P.C. seeking to strike of the defence set up by the defendants was dismissed.

Sri Muralidhar, learned counsel, representing on behalf of Sri S.Sri Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners, informed that he has given up his Vakalat long back, but still requested the Court to grant time to obtain instructions from the party.

When the counsel gave up his Vakalat, he is not supposed to seek time to obtain instructions from the client. As per the information received by this Court, the suit was decreed on 03.04.2014 by the Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthy, East Godavari District. In view of disposal of main suit in O.S.No.825 of 2009, nothing remains in this revision for adjudication. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
