THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.334 of 2014 ORDER:

It is represented that the learned counsel for the petitioner expired. The learned counsel for the respondent produces a certified copy of order, dated 27.03.2017, in O.S.No.200 of 2012 on the file of learned XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar., as per which, the terms of compromise were recorded and the suit was decreed in terms thereof by the lower Court. The terms of compromise were read over and explained to both the parties, who were present in the lower Court, and they admitted the same to be true and correct. A copy of the memorandum of compromise is also produced by the learned counsel.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending for consideration shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
