This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of condition of reporting before the Station House Officer, Gollapalem Police Station, East Godavari District, on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders, imposed against the petitioner by the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kakinada vide order dated 11.03.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.67 of 2015 in connection with Crime No.2 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A r/w 34 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is a resident of Hyderabad, it is very difficult for him to go to Gollapalem and appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Saturday. He further submits that the petitioner's father is bedridden and he has to attend to his day-to-day needs. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition since March, 2015. For the aforesaid reasons, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the condition of petitioner reporting before the Station House Officer, Gollapalem P.S., East Godavari District, on every Saturday, is hereby relaxed. ________________________________ JUSTICE C.
