The present Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to set aside the docket order dated O7.LO.2O25 passed in Cr1.MP.CFR.No.63O of 2025 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, at Medak by extending the time as fixed by this Court for compliance of the conditions imposed on petitioner/accused No.3 by the trial Court in Crl.MP.No.256 of 2025 in Crime No.316 of 2024.

Heard Sri N. Amarnath, learned counsel for petitioner as well as Sri Arun Kumar Doddla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State. , 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court has granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner herein vide order dated 25.09.2025 in Crl.MP.No.256 of 2025 by directing the petitioner to follow the conditions and surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from the date of the order and furnish the required sureties. -,l

l, It is further submitted that, after the date of the order, there were continuous public holidays, due to which, the petitioner was unable to comply with the said conditions and the petitioner herein has filed an extension petition for extension of time for surrendering before the trial court and furnishing the sureties and the trial court, vide docket order dated 07.ro.2o25 was pleased to return the said extension petition, on the ground, that the time for surrender before the trial court was already elapsed and therefore, the petition was not maintainable and it was returned. Therefore, he prayed to extend the time by setting aside the docket order of the trial Court.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and upon perusal of the materi{l available on record, the petitioner herein filed extension petition before the trial court on 07. Lo.2025 for extension of time granted by the trial court for surrender before the trial coul! and furnishing the sureties amount vide order dated 2s.og.2o2s. considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the public holidays between those days, this criminal petition is allowed by setting aside the docket order of the trial court and / *-* /

the petitioner is directed to furnish the sureties amount on or before 31. 10.2025.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
