Petitioners' grievance is that they have filed an application in Form 6A for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deeds under the provisions of A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 5th respondent on 25.09.2015 and that the 5th respondent had not passed any orders thereon till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 5th respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioners' application dt.25.09.2015 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5t h respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' application dt.25.09.2015 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
