Sri.D. Ramesh Kumar v. The State Of Telangana,

2018-09-06A.Rajasheker Reddy3 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30035 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners allege that the respondents are harassing them by calling them to the Head Quarters, the Director General of Police, Telangana State under the guise of enquiry in Cr.No.18 of 2016 and making them to sit from morning to evening, though they obtained bail and threatening them to implicate in false cases. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions running into several pages stating steps are being taken by respondent-police in respect of investigation in crime registered against the petitioners. He also submits that serious crime pertaining to leakage of question papers in EAMCET examinations involving the career of the students is pending and for the purpose of investigation only, the police have to necessarily call the petitioners.

In view of the same, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. Since the allegation of the petitioners is that they are being called to police station and making them to wait in the police station from morning to evening, the respondent-police shall take appropriate steps and see that whenever they require the petitioners presence, it may be secured by fixing some time inspite of making them to sit hours together in the police station. The petitioners shall also cooperate in the investigation. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 06-09-2018 Nvl
