Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondent submit that since the issue relates to the academic year 2013-14 and in view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
