HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.30719 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to return petitioner's original certificates which are in custody of the 4th respondent-Medical College, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health & Family Welfare (Telangana).
3. At the time of arguments, both the counsel submitted that the subject matter involved in this matter is squarely covered by the order of this court in W.P.No.7477 of 2016, dated 09.03.2016.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission of the learned counsel for both parties, the 4th respondent is hereby directed to return the original certificates of the petitioner forthwith, in terms of the order dated 09.03.2016 in W.P.No.7477 of 2016.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
