HCJ & TA, J WP.No.30322 of 2018 Dt: 13.08.2019 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) In compliance of the order dated 08.08.2019, Ms. A. Santhi Kumari, Special Chief Secretary to Government, is present before this Court.

The learned Advocate General informs this Court that by G.O.Ms.No.57, dated 09.08.2019, the Government has, indeed, constituted the Telangana State Dental Council, as prayed for by the petitioner in the present writ petition. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Advocate General are ad idem that since the Council has been constituted by the Government, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed as infructuous.
