Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the subsequent development, does not press this petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition for appropriate reliefs. The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if it so desires and advised, for appropriate reliefs and if any such petition is filed, it is made clear that the same will be considered on merits, in accordance with law. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
