This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking to grant bail in Crime No.23 of 2016 of Nathavaram Police Station, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The petitioners were found transporting 180 kgs. of ganja illegally.

Since the ganja found is commercial quantity and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
