This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting construction permission in respect of Plot No.85 in Sy.No.44/1 of Mathrusri Co-operative House Building Society, Miyapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to grant building permission. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 21.04.2008, passed by this Court in W.P.No.8691 of 2008 and the same is not disputed by Dr.Y.Padmavathi, learned Standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.04.2008 in W.P.No.8691 of 2008. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
