HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1435 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking earlier disposal of I.A.No.520 of 2013 in O.S.No.109 of 2013 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said I.A. was filed in the year 2013 and counter is also filed by the first respondent. It is stated that since last two years this I.A. is pending before the concerned Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the present C.R.P. is disposed of directing the Senior Civil Judge to pass orders in the said I.A. as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
