ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings, vide Rc.No.499/2012/A, dated 11.5.2012, of respondent No.4.

At the hearing, Mr. K.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.19826 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
