HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8943 of 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/ A3, seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.95 of 2018 on the file of Danthalapally Police Station, Mahabubabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 366-A and 496 r/ w 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

The petitioner is a Government Employee. In fact, the anticipatory bail application in Crl.MP.No.705 of 2018 was dismissed on 06.07.2018 by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, FAC/ VI Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Mahabubabad, and another application filed before this Court in Crl.P.No.7378 of 2018 was withdrawn, when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

From the above facts and from propensity of the crime including under the guise of the petitioner is a public servant and likely to suspend if arrested and kept in custody beyond 48 hours, he is not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail and even his request for early trial is also not considered. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 6.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
