This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.16, in appointing arbitrator, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of appointment of the arbitrator. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
