The petitioner filed this writ petition stating that he intends to run a Church in premises bearing No.2-23-20, Chilukanagar, Uppal, Ranga Reddy District, that he filed application dt.28.02.2014 before the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District seeking permission for running the Church in the above premises and that the said official has not passed any orders thereon. Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision therein to the petitioner.. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt.28.02.2014 within (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
