THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4832 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners informs the Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.50 of 2012 by Central Crime Station, South Zone, Hyderabad, investigation was proceeded and a charge sheet is filed, therefore, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Taking the said submission into consideration, more particularly in the light of the relief sought in the writ petition, when investigation is already completed and charge sheet is filed, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
