THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1841 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents 1 and 2 in not initiating any action under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 for the schedule offences under A.P.

Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 for the offences Committed by the Respondents 3 and 4 by duly taking the complaints filed before the respondents 3 and 4 dated 10-1-2012 and 21-1-2012 and not forwarding the same to the 2nd respondent for initiating action against them and for taking action against the respondents 5 to 8 as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner submitted to the respondents 3 and 4 dated 10-1-2012 and 21-1-2012 by themselves and initiate the action as per the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act under the Schedule to the Money Laundering Laws and also by taking cognizance of the online complaint dated 91-2015 initiate action against the respondents 5 to 8 under the Companies Act ."

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed this Court that the Central Government have already initiated the proceedings and therefore, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to give liberty to the petitioner to raise objections, if any, in future. Since the final order that will be passed, after conclusion of the proceedings, would give a fresh cause of action for the

petitioner to agitate, this Court is of the opinion that no such liberty is required to be given to the petitioner. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 22nd NOVEMBER 2018.
