Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition and a letter is filed to that effect.

In view of the same, permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
