It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.50 of 2011 on the file of the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy, out of which this CMA arises, itself was decreed on 18.08.2017 by the said Court and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
