Petitioner, who is A3 in Cr.No.93 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Ananthapuramu IV Town Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489 (A) (B) (C) r/w 34 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case; therefore, it is a fit case to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the petitioner is the prime accused in this case and the investigation is in progress; therefore, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
The case of the prosecution is that A1 and A2 have taken fake currency notes of Rs.17,00,000/- from the petitioner and circulated the same to different persons in the ratio of 1:3. The Investigating agency caught hold A1 and A2 and seized an amount of Rs.3,75,000./- 5.
A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein supplied the fake currency notes to the other accused. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner is the prime accused. The record prima facie reveals that the petitioner along with other accused were circulating the fake currency notes in the market.

Taking into consideration the seriousness of the offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioner
and the stage of investigation, I am of the considered view that it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
