CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.22285 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce Vadrevu Venkata Satya Lalitha, the daughter of respondent No.4, (for short 'the alleged detenue') before the Court and set her at liberty. At the hearing, the alleged detenue is produced by the police before the Court. She informed the Court that she is voluntarily and willingly staying with respondent No.4 and except that the petitioner is her friend, she has no other connection with him. Having regard to the aforementioned view expressed by the alleged detenue, the prayer in this writ petition cannot be granted. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
