Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make an application before the Lokayukta for disposal of the complaint filed by respondent No.5 as not maintainable relying upon the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in Dr.R.G. Sunil Reddy vs. The A.P Lok Ayuktha.

Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is open to the petitioner to seek return of his passport. If the petitioner files any application for return of the passport and place the judgment of Full Bench on record with the same, we request the Lokayukta to consider and decide the application expeditiously.
