Alleging that the father of the petitioner died, while he was in service on 27.09.2014, she submitted a representation in July, 2015, which is stated to have been acknowledged on 20.08.2015. Alleging inaction on the claim for provision of compassionate appointment, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition is filed. 2.
Since the petitioner submitted representation to provide employment to her and the same appears to have not been disposed of, this Court is not inclined to keep the Writ Petition pending.

Having regard to the said submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Medical and Health Officer, Shivrampally, Ranga Reddy District, the 3rd respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner for provision of compassionate appointment having regard to the scheme as applicable and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of the decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
