Petition under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023 praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the Docket order dated 2310412024 in C.C. No. 1 972 of 2023 passed by Vlllth Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally whereby Accused Nos. 1 to 3 are directed to file personal bond of Rs. 10,0001 with 2 (two) sureties, and Consequently, direct the Vlll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally to accept the personal bond of Rs. 5,000^ with 2 (two sureties) from each of the Accused.
This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Baglekar
Akash Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No 1 and of none appeared for the Respondent No.2.

"rr HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEYI CRIMINAL PETITION No.14079 of 2024 ORDER:
This petition is filed seeking to reduce the personal bond amount from Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each to that of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties each.

Heard Sri B.Akash Kumar,, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the I't respondentState and perused the record.
3. The trial Court, by docket order, dated 23.04.2024 in I I C.C.No. I 972 of 2023 directed the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 3 to furnish two sureties of Rs.10,000 l- each. petitioners seek to relax the same.
4. It is contended by the learned counsel for petitioners that i the petitioners are poor persons, due to which, they are not in a
position to furnish two sureties for Rs.10,000/- each, as the same is very huge amount for them.
5. In view of the above and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that it is a fit case to reduce the said amount.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the docket order, dated 23.04.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall fumish two sureties for Rs.5,000/- each. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
