HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.22830 of 2017 ORDER:

Though the prayer is against inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of the stay application filed by the petitioners in the revision filed against order dated 30.01.2017 in D.Dis.G/ 9758/ 2015 of the 3rd respondent, learned counsel representing the parties submit that the 2nd respondent can be directed to consider the revision fled by the petitioners and dispose of the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The statement is placed on record.

3. The writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioners are given liberty to file a Memo by enclosing a copy of this order and seek a date for hearing of the revision petition within two weeks from today;

(b) The 2nd respondent on receipt of such request, considers hearing the parties and disposes of the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks thereafter.
