THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31552 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology/4th respondent on 29.06.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 4th respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 4th respondent to verify the representation, dated 29.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
