This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in attaching the salary of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.2 when respondent No.3 has settled the matter by way of compromise amicably under Onetime Settlement Scheme, which was offered by respondnet No.1 to respondent No.3, as highly illegal, arbitrary and is against the principles of natural justice and consequently, direct respondent No.1 to withdraw the salary attachment of the petitioner."
On 02-06-2015, there was no representation for the parties. Therefore, the case was adjourned to today for being posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the parties. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.21952 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
