THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26661 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner complains against the action of the respondents in not permitting her for selection to the post of Anganwadi Worker as illegal and arbitrary.

3. On 05.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "Notice.

There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner in the selection scheduled on 08.12.2009 in accordance with law subject to further orders by this Court. "

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 05.12.2009, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
