HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.16783 of 2014

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in issuing election notification for conducting election to the 3rd respondent-society without following due procedure and deleting the name of the petitioner and others from the voters list without issuing any notice, as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter came up for consideration on 18.7.2014, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that elections were already held on 26.4.2014 and in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, if there is any grievance with regard to deletion of his name from the voters list. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 21st October, 2016 rkk
