HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 4865 of 2009 Order:

The allegation against the petitioner was that he produced a bogus educational certificate. When a final order was passed on 25.07.2008 and the petitioner was reverted to the post of Junior Lineman from the post of Lineman, the present Writ Petition was filed while preferring an appeal. The appeal was ultimately disposed of on 22.09.2008 by the competent authority and challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.14378 of 2009. In view of the subsequent Writ Petition, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
