HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30126 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent, in not conducting the survey and demarcation of land admeasuring 3000 sq. yards (out of total land Ac.3.25 gts), situated at Sy.No.93, T.S.No.11, Ward No.9, Block-D of Shaikpet Village and Mandal, Hyderabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that except the application dated 20.04.2018, seeking survey of the subject land, petitioners did not file any other documents, to show their right, title and interest over the subject land.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to furnish all the relevant documents showing their right, title and interest over the subject land, in which event, the 2nd respondent shall proceed with the survey of the land admeasuring 3000 sq. yards (out of total land Ac.3.25 gts), situated at Sy.No.93, T.S.No.11, Ward No.9, Block-D of Shaikpet Village and Mandal, Hyderabad District of the petitioners, as per the circulars issued from time to time, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from today, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioners and all the concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
