HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30506 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent in case No.C/3148/2012, dated 17.02.2018. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Admittedly, petitioner has got alternate remedy of Revision under Section 9 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 against the impugned orders of the 3rd respondent dated 17.02.2018. In view of same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of revision under Section 9 of the Act of 1971, as per law, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
