Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation, dated 02-04-2012, given by the petitioner for rectification of voters' list and issuance of notice, dt. 06-02-2012, for payment of minimum share capital of Rs.

300/- to exercise their right to vote and contest in the elections of Begumpet Village Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., which is

arbitrary, illegal, unlawful and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides being violative of the principles of natural justice."

At the hearing, Mr.Venkat Reddy Donthi Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 04-04-2012, is vacated and WPMP.Nos.12133 & 12134 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 23rd June, 2015 LUR
