The petitioner challenges G.O.Rt.No.6432 Panchayat Raj and Rural Development dated 26-04-2011 as illegal and unconstitutional. Through G.O.Rt. dated 26-04-2011, the 1st respondent dismissed the appeal filed by petitioner. The issue arises under Section 249(6) of A.P.Panchayat Raj Act.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that with passage of time, the cause in the writ petition is rendered ineffective. The statement is placed on record.
