THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 2906 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 10.04.2018, passed by this Court in WP.No.9997 of 2018, wherein and whereby this Court while dismissing the writ petition directed the petitioner to approach the competent authority and make necessary application and also directed the competent authority to consider the said application and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentcompany submits that inspite of notice dated 15.02.2019, petitioner has not submitted necessary documents; and that as and when the petitioner submits the required documents they would refer the petitioner's case to the Medical Board for medical examination. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, I do not see any violation of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of making it open for the petitioner to submit the required documents, if not already submitted, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on such submission the respondents are

directed to refer the matter of the petitioner to he Medical Board for the medical examination. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this application, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 03.04.2019 tk
