THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.981 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 05.01.2016 passed in Crl.M.P. SR.No.35 of 2016 in S.C.No.520 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to resubmit Crl.M.P. SR.No.35 of 2016 on or before 05.02.2016 after complying the objections raised by the office. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Registry is hereby directed to return the original Crl.M.P. SR.No.35 of 2016 to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
