Since the impugned endorsement has the simple effect of returning the application filed by the petitioner for grant of building permission, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to resubmit the application by properly explaining the objection noted in the endorsement impugned in the writ petition.
