HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 4314 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioners. For the reasons submitted in this Criminal Petition, the Criminal Petition is allowed and petitioners/A1 & A2 are directed to appear before the Additional Junior Civil Judge at Chirala, Prakasam District, on or before 11.5.2015 and on such appearance, the trail Court shall recall NBWs issued against them. Petitioenrs/A1 & A2 shall assist the Court in smooth completion of trial of the case. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
