THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1399 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.274 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Marredpally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the case and filed the charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
