ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

This writ petition is filed alleging that essential commodities are not supplied to the petitioner's fair price shop bearing No. 1182019 D No. 5/1709, Geetha Ashram Road, Proddatur town and mandal, YSR Kadapa district, though authorization of the petitioner is neither suspended nor cancelled. This Court by order dated 25.1.2017 directed the respondents to supply essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop and also granted liberty to respondents to proceed in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for petitioner informs the Court that no instructions are furnished to her whether fair price shop authorization is renewed after tenure was over on 31.3.2017.

Having regard to the same, writ petition is disposed of holding that if the petitioner's fair price shop authorization is continued beyond 31.3.2017 and petitioner has not earned any disqualification nor his authorization is suspended or cancelled, the essential commodities shall be continued to be supplied subject to fulfillment of all other conditions.
