This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 19.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.2300 of 2015 in O.S.No.656 of 2010 on the file of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
