Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in crime No. 78 of 2016-17 registered at Prohibition and Excise Station, Srikalahasti, Chittoor District, for the offence punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20 (b) (ii) (c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Permission granted.
